And manual at that! Completely out of my current budget for a daily, but I’d love it also!

Does it come with an unlimited mileage warranty?

Sadly its just another auto labeled as a manual

DB9s are so gorgeous. I’ve thought about getting one in this price range, but man are they expensive to fix, even compared to a vantage. I’d think $10k would be a conservative amount to store away for maintenance.

I saw a Rapide at a bar last night. I was very confused.

Arf, sucks... not for me then...

$18k below market?

Not even a few sentences from the seller about the car, just a haphazard list of included options?

Super-Low Mileage?

...

Muafuggin crackpipe. It’s a salvage title, or it has some kind of mechanical issue, or it’s been in a terrible accident and been rebuilt, or it’s just bait to get you to the lot and into something much pricier.

I thought only the Vantage was manual and the DB9 was auto only since it is a GT?

Well according to Wikipedia it was both available with an auto and a 6-speed manual :)

They exist but are super rare. Of 194 DB9s on autotrader.co.uk only 3 have a manual:

Oh yeah, they’re not common, but still fairly affordable... More expensive, but I’m sure they are well worth the extra cost. If I’m not mistaking it’s one of the last manual V12 produced no? Only Aston offers those now...

Probably. Didn’t Lambo and Ferrari go all flappy-paddle?

Kinja'd!!!0

Yeah, I think the last Lambo with a manual was the Gallardo... Not sure about the Ferrari though... Maybe the 550 Maranello?? Or the 599?? PRetty sure it was a FR configuration that saw the last manual..

If only. Though, despite V12 goodness, I think I’d prefer the V8 Vantage like DeDougo

That is the correct reaction to a Rapide.

I think the last manual Ferrari was the California.
